----Every Room I Enter, Real Growth Follows

Who I Am

I’m Syed Hassan Osaid. For over a decade, I have done the same thing in every organisation I have joined — found the growth that was already waiting to be built, created the venture, product, or system that captured it, and driven revenue from it while keeping costs under control.

I started in mobile product strategy at Cubix, building new product lines for SME clients across the Middle East. Then international B2B sales at VIDIZMO, where I built new client bases from zero across the U.S., China, and Asia. Then senior business unit leadership at Soft Fellow — VP to SVP in seven months — creating new market segments and building the operational systems that made growth sustainable rather than just busy.

Now I am in Chicago, Illinois, leading digital marketing at Softcino. Same pattern. New domain. The most competitive market available.

Approach

I start by finding the problem behind the brief — because what is being asked for and what is actually needed are almost never the same thing. The real opportunity is always one layer deeper than the first answer.

From there, I build the system — the product, the campaign, the operational structure — that creates revenue from that opportunity at the lowest sustainable cost. Not by cutting corners. By understanding precisely enough to build only what is necessary.

I have done this in product agencies, in international sales rooms, in business unit leadership, and in performance marketing. The tools change. The thinking does not.

Philosophy

I do not confuse activity with progress. The most expensive thing you can build is the right product for the wrong problem — built perfectly, at full cost, producing zero commercial return.

Every organisation I have joined had growth already waiting inside it. My job has always been to find it, build toward it with precision, and measure success by what it actually produced commercially — not by how busy the process looked.

“And yes — I believe the best systems are the ones that eventually run without you at the center of every decision. Building that is the real work.”

Let's build marketing that actually moves people.

From early-stage startups to scaling U.S. enterprises — I've driven growth at every level.
